Return Policy — Solvour

Effective Date: August 27, 2026

At Solvour, we want you to have a clear and fair shopping experience when purchasing our Kitchen Utensils and Planter products.

This Return Policy explains how returns, exchanges, replacements, repairs, and refunds may be handled for purchases made through https://www.solvour.com/.

Solvour is operated by PRECLOT PTE. LTD., a company incorporated in Singapore.

This policy is intended to operate in accordance with applicable Singapore laws and regulations, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 (“CPFTA”) and its provisions relating to goods that do not conform to the contract, commonly referred to as the Lemon Law.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Singapore law.

1. Return Eligibility

You may contact Solvour to request a return, replacement, repair, exchange, price reduction, or refund where applicable under this policy or Singapore law.

For products that are defective or do not conform to the contract, Solvour will assess the issue and determine the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

For voluntary returns based solely on a change of mind, preference, or other reason unrelated to a defect or failure to conform to the contract, Solvour may accept the return at its discretion, subject to the conditions stated on the relevant product page, order confirmation, or as communicated by our customer service team.

Unless otherwise stated, voluntary change-of-mind returns are not statutory remedies under the Singapore Lemon Law.

2. Products That Do Not Conform to the Contract

Under Singapore’s consumer protection framework, consumers may have statutory rights where goods do not conform to the contract at the time of delivery.

A product may be considered non-conforming where, for example, it:

  • Does not correspond with its description;

  • Does not correspond with an agreed sample or model, where applicable;

  • Does not meet applicable contractual specifications;

  • Is not of satisfactory quality where the law requires this;

  • Is not reasonably fit for a particular purpose that was made known to Solvour, where applicable; or

  • Has another defect or condition that gives rise to a statutory remedy under applicable Singapore law.

The availability and nature of any remedy will depend on the circumstances of the particular purchase and the requirements of applicable law.

3. Singapore Lemon Law

Where applicable, the Singapore Lemon Law provides consumers with remedies for goods that do not conform to the contract.

Depending on the circumstances, a consumer may first request that the goods be:

  • Repaired; or

  • Replaced.

Where repair or replacement is not possible, cannot be carried out within a reasonable time, or cannot be carried out without significant inconvenience to the consumer, other remedies may be available, including:

  • A reduction in the purchase price; or

  • Rescission of the contract and a refund, where permitted by law.

The appropriate remedy will depend on the circumstances, including the nature of the defect, the availability and cost of repair or replacement, and the requirements of Singapore law.

Nothing in this Return Policy is intended to prevent a consumer from exercising a statutory remedy available under the CPFTA.

4. Six-Month Presumption for Defects

Under the Singapore Lemon Law, where goods are found not to conform to the contract within six months from the date of delivery, the goods are generally presumed to have failed to conform at the time of delivery, unless the supplier can establish otherwise or the presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods.

Accordingly, if you identify a defect or other non-conformity within six months after delivery, please contact Solvour as soon as reasonably possible so that we can assess the matter and provide the applicable remedy.

A defect discovered after six months may still give rise to rights or remedies under applicable law. However, the applicable evidentiary requirements may differ.

5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during delivery;

  • Defective;

  • Incomplete;

  • Different from the product ordered; or

  • Otherwise does not conform to the contract,

please contact Solvour as soon as reasonably possible.

To help us investigate the issue, please provide:

  • Your order number;

  • The email address or contact information used when placing the order;

  • A description of the problem; and

  • Clear photographs or videos showing the product and the relevant defect, damage, missing component, or discrepancy, where reasonably available.

We may request additional information or photographs where reasonably necessary to assess the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, Solvour will provide the applicable remedy in accordance with the circumstances and Singapore law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, price reduction, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

6. Conditions That May Affect a Return or Remedy

A defect or problem may not give rise to a remedy where the issue was caused by circumstances such as:

  • Misuse of the product;

  • Improper handling or storage;

  • Accidental damage after delivery;

  • Unauthorized modification or alteration;

  • Unauthorized repair;

  • Normal wear and tear;

  • Damage resulting from failure to follow reasonable product instructions; or

  • A condition or defect that was clearly disclosed to the customer before purchase and accepted by the customer.

These circumstances will be assessed based on the particular facts of the case.

Nothing in this section limits statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Singapore law.

7. Change-of-Mind Returns

If you simply change your mind, no longer need the product, ordered the wrong item, or do not like the product, the Singapore Lemon Law generally does not require a retailer to provide a refund solely for that reason.

However, Solvour may offer a voluntary return or exchange where permitted by our applicable commercial return terms.

Where a voluntary return is accepted, the product may generally be required to be:

  • Unused;

  • In new and resalable condition;

  • Returned with its original packaging;

  • Returned with all accessories, components, manuals, labels, and other included materials, where applicable; and

  • Free from stains, dirt, odors, damage, or other substantial signs of use.

Additional conditions may apply depending on the product.

If a product cannot reasonably be resold because it has been used, damaged, modified, contaminated, or otherwise materially altered, Solvour may decline a voluntary change-of-mind return where permitted by law.

These voluntary return conditions do not override any statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.

8. Product-Specific Return Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to additional return conditions due to hygiene, safety, product condition, or other legitimate considerations.

Any applicable product-specific conditions will be communicated on the relevant product page, during checkout, in the order confirmation, or by customer service.

Such conditions will not apply to the extent that they unlawfully restrict or exclude a consumer’s statutory rights.

  • The return shipping method;

  • Any information that should be included with the return; and

  • The next steps for inspection, repair, replacement, exchange, or refund.

Our registered business address is:

PRECLOT PTE. LTD.

PAYA LEBAR SQUARE
SINGAPORE

This address is provided for business correspondence and should not automatically be treated as the designated return address.

10. Packaging Your Return

If a return is required, please package the product securely to minimize the risk of damage during transportation.

Where reasonably possible, use the original packaging or suitable protective packaging appropriate for the product.

Please include the order number or other requested order information with the returned product where instructed by our customer service team.

We recommend retaining your return shipment tracking information and proof of postage until the return or other remedy has been fully processed.

11. Return Shipping Costs

For a voluntary change-of-mind return accepted by Solvour, the customer may be responsible for reasonable return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by Solvour.

Where a product is defective, damaged on arrival, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise qualifies for a statutory or contractual remedy for which Solvour is responsible, Solvour will provide appropriate instructions regarding return shipping and any applicable shipping costs.

The treatment of return shipping costs will depend on the circumstances of the return and applicable Singapore law.

12. Inspection of Returned Products

Where a product is returned, Solvour may inspect the product to determine:

  • Whether the reported issue exists;

  • Whether the product corresponds with the customer’s order;

  • Whether the issue is consistent with a manufacturing or product defect;

  • Whether the product has been damaged through misuse or improper handling; and

  • What remedy is appropriate under the circumstances.

Inspection does not remove or restrict any statutory rights available to the consumer.

We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to assess the reported issue.

13. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, Solvour will generally issue the refund using the original payment method, unless another method is agreed or required by applicable law.

The time required for a refund to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the customer’s bank, card issuer, payment provider, or other financial institution.

Solvour does not control the processing time of third-party financial institutions.

Where a refund is provided following a statutory remedy, the amount and manner of the refund will be handled in accordance with the applicable legal requirements and circumstances of the transaction.

14. Price Reductions

Where applicable under Singapore’s Lemon Law, a consumer may be entitled to request a reduction in price where the statutory requirements for such a remedy are satisfied.

The amount of any price reduction will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.

Solvour will communicate the applicable resolution to the customer before processing the relevant adjustment.

15. Exchanges and Replacements

Depending on the circumstances and product availability, Solvour may repair or replace a defective or non-conforming product where required or permitted by Singapore law.

If an identical replacement is unavailable, Solvour may discuss another legally appropriate remedy with the customer, which may include an alternative product, price reduction, or refund where applicable.

Customers should contact Solvour before sending the original product back so that the appropriate process can be arranged.

16. Returns Without Prior Authorization

Customers should contact Solvour before returning any product.

Products sent to an address that has not been designated for returns may experience processing delays.

Where an unsolicited return is received, Solvour may contact the customer to obtain the order number, reason for return, and other information reasonably required to determine how the product should be handled.

This does not affect any statutory rights the consumer may have under applicable Singapore law.

17. Order Information

When requesting a return, repair, replacement, exchange, price reduction, or refund, please provide accurate order information, including where available:

  • Order number;

  • Customer name;

  • Email address used for the order;

  • Product name;

  • Date of purchase or delivery; and

  • Description of the issue.

Providing complete information helps us verify the transaction and process the request efficiently.

18. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Return Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any consumer right, remedy, liability, or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or limited under Singapore law.

Where the terms of this policy differ from a mandatory requirement of applicable Singapore law, the mandatory legal requirement will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

Consumers may have rights and remedies under the CPFTA and other applicable Singapore legislation in addition to any voluntary return policy offered by Solvour.

19. Consumer Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern regarding a purchase, please contact Solvour first so that we have an opportunity to review the matter and work toward an appropriate resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, consumers in Singapore may also seek assistance from relevant consumer dispute resolution or mediation bodies, including the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE), where applicable.

Nothing in this Return Policy prevents a consumer from pursuing any statutory or legal remedy available under Singapore law.
